It was a wonderful experience working with Bryan, from our first meeting to our closing. Bryan is very responsive and carries through on every request, utilizing great communication with all involved parties. Best of all, he has a fantastic attitude. Bought a Single-Family home in 2026 in Sparks, NV. Carmen was fantastic. I can admit we were a difficult bunch to find a house for. But she did it. Thanks to Carmen we are in our dream home. We recently sold my dad's ageing and ailing property in Reno and used Anne Potter and William Mariani to bulldoze a path through the mountain of details to clear a path for a buyer. Due to the state of disrepair of both the property and structures, an extraordinary amount of time, energy, and expertise was needed to keep the transaction on course. At times i actually had pangs of guilt that Anne was investing so many hours of her time in this project. She was the embodiment of NextHome Sierra's bulldog mascot: tenacious, loyal, fierce yet gentle. I feel that she went far above and beyond the expected duties of a realtor. If there were a Medal of Honor for real estate agents, Anne would have earned it (maybe even a Purple Heart). We will definitely use NextHome Sierra and Anne Potter next time we buy or sell, and i recommend them without reservations.

I cannot more strongly recommend WIlliam Mariani and crew to anyone looking to list a house. The Reno Real Estate Market does not function like other real estate markets and you need someone with experience that can navigate the challenges of the marketplace.
The service that William and crew gave me was exceptional. William had a network of people that were able to make minor repairs and do maintenance on my property. They also regularly checked on it as I had to vacate the house for a while before it sold.
The fruits of their excellence bore out with an inspection that yielded no issues, which is rare indeed. The Escrow closed quickly and efficiently (something like 22 days) because of William's expertise, his staff and the excellent professionals they used to work with on the sale of my house.
Lastly, the price we sold our home for was solid and the negotiation with the folks that bought our house was smooth and quick.
In every aspect of selling / buying a home (I have done both with William and crew) they excel.

She not only made herself constantly available for me during my search but also worked through sickness taking me to see multiple properties in one day. Anne was referred to me by a friend, who is also a realtor, but unfortunately was having medical issues at the time, and couldn't do the groundwork necessary to help me purchase a second home. Anne, from day 1, was on top of her game, very professional, pleasant, always keeping in touch, with phone calls, emails, texts, going over to the home that I was interested in, taking videos, pictures, etc. My offer was accepted on the house and Anne made sure that all the repairs were done and inspected. Escrow closed yesterday and she is meeting with a gardener tonight to get a bid for landscaping and to throw some grass seed on the lawn. I recommend Anne very highly and know that she will do an excellent job for you.

Great experience with him. He’s young and motivated to learn. Quick easy did it all by the book. Couldn’t understand some terms but he was quick to ensure we knew our choices. Doesn’t get you into just any home anyone can open homes for you but no one can open the home you deserve.
