I trusted William and Anne to find my son his first home. Immediately they plugged us into new listings so we could act quickly. Every new listing we received a text. They toured us through about a dozen homes until my son and I found the perfect home. We worked with William and Ann to sell our commercial property and business in a rural part of Nevada. Although they were unfamiliar with the area they agreed to handle the listing. This was in March 2020 just as everything was going into lockdown. However, they pressed forward and a couple of buyers expressed interest in the property. William and Ann truly advocated for us. Despite numerous unforeseen roadblocks, they were able to provide options and solutions, run interference, and close the sale even during the COVID shutdown. We could not have done this without Ann and William.

William Mariani was not only a pleasure to work with, but was also an excellent professional. He helped my family and I sell our mother's home after her death and showed us compassion as we made difficult decisions. I have sold several homes, so I was impressed with his knowledge of comparable homes in our market and how best to price this house despite a declining market. As we closed this deal, he demonstrated great patience and diplomacy in dealing with demanding buyers and last minute clean outs. Ultimately, he got us the price we wanted in a timely manner. During 2022 we were pressed to move, William and his teammate Anne did a fantastic job at finding us a Realtor in our location who was the perfect fit for us.
