We were looking for piece of rural acreage to build a home on, scanning Zillow regularly to see what was available. Tommy was my daughter's agent when she bought her house 7 years ago, so we enlisted Tommy's help in the search for property. Over the course of 18 months, Tommy showed us several properties, but we did not find one that was right for us, until Tommy showed us a property that was for sale but not yet listed. We decided that this was the one, and purchased it. Tommy answered our many questions, and also helped us with contacts in financing, mortgages, and builders. When offered a cash buy from an investor I was apprehensive, I remembered a highway billboard from 4 years earlier if a local realtor. I instantly called Tommy Allen, my local realtor, he advised me what my home was worth, which was way more than what I was offered. I immediately hired Tommy to list and sale my property. And it was so worth it! Not only was he right, I got 17k more than if I had taken the investor's offer. Not only was Tommy great, but his staff, including Lisa were very nice and prompt. My house sold in less than 45 days, and two days later I was using Tommy to buy my next home. I can't say thanks enough for Tommy and his team, and Tommy's professionalism and attention to details.
