Tim helped us to both buy and sell our first home and to say it was a great experience would be short changing it. We met Tim at the first time home buyers course and felt that if he was willing to volunteer his time to do that then he would go above and beyond for us as clients. He never treated us like kids and expected us to do our due diligence, but was always willing to answer our questions and provide suggestions whenever we asked and always answered them promptly, something we had found lacking in the other professionals we had attempted to work with.
