Heidi was great at overcoming every hurdle that we encountered with our process of buying a house, one thing after another fell through but Heidi took every problem head on to resolve it as quickly as possible. Our situation was difficult, a lot of needs had to be met, and we were limited to 60 days. Donna was on the ball; not only did she meet our needs promptly, but offered us numerous accommodations and practical advice, driving towards success.
More broadly, the team that she is apart of is exceptional. They’re well versed, and have many cumulative years of experience under their belts. They answered every question promptly, honestly, and professionally. They never tried to swindle us into a sale, but, rather, gave us the facts to make a well informed decision (even if that meant they could lose out on a bigger sale). Because of the immense expertise and professionalism, we never had to worry if they were going to hold up their end of the bargain.
Overall, Donna (and the team more broadly) made a very stressful situation much less worrisome for us and always had our best interest at heart. If you choose Donna, you won’t be disappointed!

Tim has all the right skill, patience and experience a buyer or seller could want in an agent. My husband and I sought out Tim to sell a property many years ago that another agent had been unsuccessful in selling and he had the house sold quickly. We returned to Tim for another sale and subsequent purchase recently and learned as much this time around as we did last time.
