Heidi was great at overcoming every hurdle that we encountered with our process of buying a house, one thing after another fell through but Heidi took every problem head on to resolve it as quickly as possible. She was friendly even when we were frustrated and doubting everything would go through, and frequently checked in to see how we were doing during the waiting process.
