Mark was great to work with! I have bought and sold several properties in Central Maine and I can say without a doubt that he was one of the most conscientious real estate agents that I have worked with. Tim did an excellent job of selling our home. I selected him because he had been the selling agent when we bought it and he was much more helpful than our own agent at the time with questions we had. This was no different. Every question or concern was met with clear explanations and guidance. Tim was quick to respond and flexible to meet all of my needs. Additionally, our sale is due to divorce and Tim navigated that issue expertly and with appropriate sensitivity. I recommend him to anyone in the region.

Mark did a great job for us handling a complicated 1031 sale. He worked closely with us to find a new property while at the same time listing and finding buyers for 2 of other properties. Trisha was amazing through the whole process. She kept me up to date on everything going on behind the scenes daily, sometimes more than once a day.
