Tim did an excellent job of selling our home. I selected him because he had been the selling agent when we bought it and he was much more helpful than our own agent at the time with questions we had. This was no different. Every question or concern was met with clear explanations and guidance. Tim was quick to respond and flexible to meet all of my needs. Additionally, our sale is due to divorce and Tim navigated that issue expertly and with appropriate sensitivity. I recommend him to anyone in the region.

Mark did a great job for us handling a complicated 1031 sale. He worked closely with us to find a new property while at the same time listing and finding buyers for 2 of other properties. These sales and purchases were completed and have allowed us to refocus our real estate portfolio.
