We have asked Tim to represent us several times over the past 10 years, both as a buyer's agent and a seller's agent. And as long as he's available, we plan to use him for any future transactions. My fiance and I were first time home buyers with little experience and guidance when starting this process. Tim spent the time to teach us along the way and "keep it real" with us in terms of what homes were or were not worth it to explore, but also would or would not pass our specific loan. He was kind, thoughtful, and informative throughout the entire process. If we ever decide to sell we will 100% be calling Tim!

Tim helped us to both buy and sell our first home and to say it was a great experience would be short changing it. We met Tim at the first time home buyers course and felt that if he was willing to volunteer his time to do that then he would go above and beyond for us as clients. He never treated us like kids and expected us to do our due diligence, but was always willing to answer our questions and provide suggestions whenever we asked and always answered them promptly, something we had found lacking in the other professionals we had attempted to work with. To say the least, as long as he’s in business, Tim will be who we call for any real estate transactions. Thanks Tim!

Tim was an awesome realtor, I recommend him to anyone looking for someone who is honest, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I think he did a great job throughout the whole house buying process and I would use him again in the future. He made the process easier and straightforward and takes the time to find whats right for you even if it means telling you a place isnt right for you, or multiple. Overall great experience and you cant ask for more than that.

My wife and I were looking for a home during a very tough time, when prices were high and inventory was low. Tim made sure we didn't overpay for anything that wouldn't have been worth it by looking at properties with the eye of an inspector. He helped us find the right place at the right price, and thanks to him, we've now got our dream home! We're so appreciative for all of Tim and Amy's hard work to get it done.
