Tim and Amy are simply amazing!! I had the privilege of working closely with them for 3 years in my position as Agent Relations Manager at another company. They are fun, energetic and make the home buying/selling process a smooth one for their clients. We're first time home buyers/owners, so we had no idea what to expect with the whole House shopping thing. From strongly recommending the Home Inspection (which saved me $14K+), to equally strongly recommending Title Insurance (they found/corrected a problem that could've tied-up the whole purchase or quite some time), Amy has been there every step of the way. Her enthusiasm and knowledge helped to make the whole process easy beyond belief. Fortin & MacDonald have provided AAA service as far as I'm concerned, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a home. Whether you're a first time buyer or not, they'll take a lengthy, complicated process and walk you through it, beginning to end.

Can't say enough good things about Amy! If you are looking for a knowledgeable professional to help you through this process, you've found your realtor. We moved into an area that she normally did not operate, and she had no problems getting to know our area too. We felt comfortable with her on our side as we walked through the extensive paperwork. Amy caught things that we did not see off hand, and was fearless in challenging the seller's agent when she thought things were not fair. Whenever I had a question, I could call or email Amy at any time of the day or night, and she always responded, often times within the hour.

This broker is very throughout and and doesn't forget any details. Very helpful and always calls you back. I highly recommend Amy MacDonald to everyone. Would have sold my home on the lake, but we decided to move there instead!! She is a 5 star broker!

Amy was very patient with my multiple house showing while I did my best to find the "perfect" house. She was always listening to what my wants were. She knew before I did that we had found "my" home. Amy is a professional who takes the time to listen to what her clients are looking for. She does an excellent job of helping not just a buyer, but a seller too which is something often neglected by realtors. Amy has extensive knowledge of the process and procedures for home buying and lending. She is prompt with meeting at locations and responses to emails, text messages and phone calls in a timely manner. She is respectful of a home buyers wishes and what they are seeking in a home. She understands budget constraints for homebuyes and assists with finding the projected purchase amount desired. Amy has incredible knowledge of homes and what is good quality and poor quality. She comes highly recommended.

Amy MacDonald is amazing!!!! She helped my parents buy a home a few years ago, and she has helped me since with all my home buying questions.
