I have used Liz Strnad on two occasions, I bought a home and sold a home with her. My experience with her on both sales were from the time the contract is signed till closing day she is 110% engaged. Her communication skills are outstanding with both the seller and buyer. Very engaged in the inspection process. She follows up with both the buyer and seller till the inspection list is completed and both parties are satisfied. The paperwork was always done professionally and complete.
