Liz is the best realtor around. She worked with us for 3 months on buying a property and selling our property. She is very informed on what we need to know and how things work in real estate marketing. In our 64 years of marriage we have bought and sold many properties and WE NEVER HAD A REALTOR that made sure we were informed about the positive and negative parts of selling and purchasing real estate. She went through every paper and explained every thing before we signed on the dotted line. She was with us at when we met with the banker, the title Company, and more. We highly recommend Liz. Se was extremely helpful through my whole house buying process. She was always available and always got back to me as soon as possible when had questions and she was very thorough about helping me find Inspectors, which service companies to use, and keeping in touch with the bank. This was my first home-buying experience and Liz was amazing. She constantly answered any questions I had and eased my mind about the process. I was moving from out-of-state, and when I visited my new town, Liz had set up a full day of viewings.
