Danita was extremely helpful throughout the entire home buying process. She was always available throughout the buying process and was there to help whenever I needed it! She was accommodating with with my schedule and went above and beyond for a military buyer who was unable to be there in person for most of the process. I highly recommend Danita to anyone looking to buy in the Deridder area!

I decided, on the spur of the moment, to look at a house I had seen on Realtor.com, and they put me in touch with Danita. She rearranged her schedule so she could come to show me the house, as I only had one day off. When I met her she was the sweetest person ever, and you just want to hug her. So I did. Lol She worked with me every step of the way. Helped me find the right loan for me. Answered all my questions, met me at my work, when necessary to sign papers in person when the electronic signature app wouldn't work. She was great and I highly recommend her!

Danita was Amazingly enjoyable to work with. She traveled far to show us homes in north central Louisiana. A few propertys where extremly remote. Danita's up beat & bubblely aditude was appreciated in a rough world of looking for a home. We all put on a lot of miles looking for are perfect home. Danita found it for us in Winnfield LA. . Danita is an amazing Realtor. She went over and beyond her required duties, like driving an extra hour from her office to the house, to let someone in to measure blinds for the windows before closing on my new home. I love her excellent customer service skills and friendliness. She is an expert in her field and truly had my best interest.
