Colleen was great. Colleen worked to get the terms I wanted. When the seller accepted someone else’s offer Colleen worked to find another home for me. Colleen watched the market because she knew I really wanted the house and it came back up for sale, she immediately called me. Colleen did an excellent job with the whole process.
