We had the pleasure of working with Susie while looking for a home in Salem. We had just moved to the area and Susie was a wealth of knowledge about different neighborhoods, home characters, and local happenings. She was so helpful during our search. She was extremely patient and flexible (we saw over ten houses in a few days); she never rushed us; and she gave honest advice and insights about the homes we saw. Most of all, Susie is an excellent listener. She understood so quickly what we were looking for and used every showing as an opportunity to learn more about our preferences and needs. She was very reachable during the entire process and always responsive via phone or text. While we were under contract, Susie went above and beyond helping us schedule inspections and multiple contractors. She did not disappear after we closed and took possession of our new home. She continued to reach out to see if we had everything we needed or if we needed any additional recommendations. She is a kind and deeply generous person and we would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone buying in the Salem area.

Susie was everything we were looking for in a realtor, and more. From the beginning, Susie was interested in helping us find exactly what we were looking for, even if we hadn't yet narrowed down what that was. Moving to Salem from out of state required extra diligence and communication on her part. She went out of her way to find houses for us, toured them and shared video walkthroughs, and even spoke to neighbors to learn more about the area and how they liked living in the neighborhood. Susie was relentless in her search, and diligent in her fact-finding. When we were able to visit Salem to see houses in person, Susie took great care of us! When we found our perfect house, Susie helped us navigate the buying process, keeping us to our timeline and helping us every step of the way. She was thorough, organized, (gently) assertive, and generous with her time. Finally, Susie always stayed positive and passed along that optimism to us. We are so grateful to have found her!

We recently purchased a home and the process could not have been made easier with Susie helping us.
