I am writing this review because I am overwhelmingly satisfied with the service that this young real estate professional provided to me over many challenging months. Our relationship began with me exploring buying land and custom building a new home. Together she and I looked online at lots, and I also would like to add that I live in Texas and buying a home in the Macon, GA area where she works. I would see something, and she would immediately respond by driving out and seeing the property, even videoing them for me to see. That process took place over a couple months then we finally found a lot. Without going into detail, that prospect fell apart but Erin hung right in there with me. Over time I found another property and through Erin's die-hard tenacity, BOOM, success! Whew! What a ride but I am a new homeowner. I can't say enough about the gratitude that I feel for Erin. This young lady is the epitome of "Professionalism". Choose this lady if you want someone who is going to stick-with-it and demonstrate that "it ain't over, till it's over". Great job Erin!!

Erin was AMAZING!!!!! She listened to our house needs, answered all of our questions and sent us a variety of options to look into. Upon finding our home, she kept us up to date with the progress of things. She also answered all of our questions in a timely manner. I would like to take this opportunity to recommend Erin Byrd as a realtor. Erin was my realtor in 2021. I contacted her about a new build in her neighborhood. She responded the same day and got right on my requests. Erin was punctual and kept all of our appointments. She was a great listener and relayed all of my wants and needs to the builder.
