Thank you Gabe for being so honest and patient. Many of us don’t have a complete understanding of all the legal procurement intricacies. Your professionalism and kindness made this experience so easy that I felt like I just walked in to a candy store.

Gabe is a great guy. He's honest and on your side. He is not pushy and watches out for your interests. i would highly recommend him to anyone. He represented us when we bought a house for my father who is 91 and treated him with the utmost dignity and has sold a rental property for me. I usually buy and sell my houses myself (for sell buy owner etc.) but because Gabe did such a wonderful job with my father, i had him sell one of my rental units. (This says a lot about Gabe)

The best thing about Gabe is that we all know buying or selling a house can be stressful. With Gabe, i was able to be very straight forward and he never made me, or my father feel ridiculous or petty. He was always just supportive. Again, highly recommend Gabe. I will use him again because i trust him.
