Melissa spent hours and days trying to help me sell my duplex and find my new dream home. She worked on my duplex to put it on the market. She also bent over backwards to comply with the buyers request. When I found my dream home, she took care of everything. We would absolutely recommend using Melissa Marschall to sell or buy a house! She helped us sell our house and the whole experience was so easy because of her. She made sure that we knew what we needed to do and was willing to help us with literally anything we needed help with. Including changing a light bulb in our attic! She staged our house so perfectly for the pictures!

Hands down the absolute BEST experience with a Realtor I have ever had. Melissa truly listens and cares for her clients needs. She will sell your house for top-dollar and timely. She leaves no stone unturned.. if she can’t do it.. it can’t be done.. period. On the buying side.. ever had a Realtor actually help you unpack the night you are moving in? Yep.. unheard of, BUT that’s what you get with Melissa.. nothing but the best.

I needed a comfortable place to work from home as well as have a property that would allow me to enjoy some hobbies. Melissa was a phenomenal agent that went way above and beyond in so many ways for me to purchase my new forever home. Her communication was above and beyond for sure. She checked in almost daily during the buying process, and used technology in the greatest way possible to make closing much faster and easier. If you use a different realtor, you are missing out on so much.

What a great experience…what a great lady! Melissa will go above and beyond to sale your house if you give her the opportunity. Everything went smoothly. She communicated well and in our case got our house sold! We had been with another realtor for almost 6 months and no results. We signed with Melissa in September and our house sold in November…that pretty much says it all. I do not believe this lady knows how to let a person down.
