I loved working with Mario- He is very friendly and respectful. We bought from 4 hours away so he helped us in so many ways. From driving to our new house to measure space or meet certain people to purchase the house. He went to appointments for us that we weren't able to attend. He was on top of all due dates and paperwork. He is easy to work with, knowledgeable of the Grand Junction area and I would recommend him to others. Thank you Mario!
