Susan Allen

Susan was fantastic. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. We had to choose a house remotely from another state and we placed our trust in Susan to help us make a decision. She went above and beyond to ensure that we ended up with our dream home. She visited many houses for us, some multiple times, to find the right one. She is excellent at communicating and promptly arranged tours for the houses that we were interested in. When we decided to make an offer on a house she helped us to negotiate for a better price and seller's credits. When we finally arrived in Boone, Susan was there to welcome us and made us feel at home. We could not be more happy with our new house and our experience with Susan.
