Julie assisted us in finding our home when we were looking in the middle of the COVID outbreak. We had a very difficult time, but she kept digging and researching for us... it paid off! She found a home exactly what we were looking for in an environment of quickly contracted homes. We now needed to have Julie assist us once again, but this time to sell our home. Once again, she did a very professional job. Now, in a very different market she put together a sales plan that allowed us to sell within a few months. We highly recommend Julie. Julie was amazing from buying our home to selling it. On the buyer side she was patient and worked to find listings where we were able to be the first in the door. She didn’t rush us and stayed focused on our needs. We found the perfect home and loved in for almost two years before a job caused us to move to a new state. During the listing process, she worked around our schedule to make everything as convenient and seamless as possible. Her marketing efforts were phenomenal. We were under contract within 48 hours! When that contract fell through she worked diligently to bring us another offer within 24 hours of the first buyer waking.
