Throughout the journey to finding and buying my dream home in New Jersey (remotely from Georgia), Rick Herbst was always by my side and just a phone call or text away. Coming from Georgia, I had certain expectations in finding a home, which at times felt like I was attempting the impossible, but Rick listened and found the perfect home (which I purchased without even physically being in the home – which says a lot about his expertise and the trust level I placed in Rick as my realtor!) Rick always took the time to call me, he facetimed home walk throughs, and kept me updated on every step of the process from start to closing (and even afterwards)!

Richard Herbst is a remarkable agent! He took me step by step in the process of the sale from preparing the property for pictures to the end of making sure everything was clear and pristine by the walk through. He was so professional in explaining everything and handling the closing since I was out of state. His kindness towards me was incredible.
