Donna made a very difficult and intimidating experience here f buying a house seamless. She was there for the ups and downs with knowledge at every level of the process that made even the tough days better. Her endless support and just overall positive attitude created a very safe feeling with this purchase. I’m would not only use for Donna for my next purchase but for every purchase in the future. And I would and do tell everyone who is interested in purchasing a home to call her. Donna has connection that get things done and the energy to make it happen. I can’t imagine having anyone one better in my corner!

Donna did a really great job at guiding me through the home buying processing and staying on top of all the paper work needed. She ready and willing to answer my questions and was on point reminding me and making sure I sent paper work as needed. She is also very friendly and kind of person. I'm really happy with her service and she deserves every penny of her commission. Thank you and keep at it.

It was great working with Donna. She was recommended to us through realtor.com and it was a great match. Donna got us appointments to see any house that we wanted to look at within 24 hours of us letting her know about the house we wanted to see. Any time that I sent her a text, i would get a response back from her in 5 or 10 minutes, no matter what time day or night. She was always there with great advice whenever we're looking at the homes. And when we could not make up our minds on which house to go with, she was always there with pros and cons of the houses that we had looked at. Once we decided on the house she was able to get an offer in and at a response back from the owners within 24 hours of putting the offer in. And two and a half weeks later we had our new home and are in the process of moving in. I would recommend anyone to get in touch with Donna if they are looking for a home. She will get the job done for you.

It’s been my pleasure to know and work with Donna on a number of home sales. The first was my personal residence, a ranch style home I had built but had outgrown, in Hollis, Maine. I was a very busy home builder at that time and had very little spare time to spend selling my home. Knowing that, Donna went the extra mile to show up early for showings to make sure my home was presentable, even bringing flowers for the dining room table! She found buyers quickly and her excellent communications made the transaction and closing a breeze for me, just what I needed. I’ve hired my share of realtors and can honestly say, Donna is head and shoulders above the rest when it comes to timely and accurate communication skills. And let’s face it, isn’t that why we value a realtor, for answering our calls and getting those answers we need? Donna became a key part of my business plan as she had a knack for finding me buyers for my spec homes, usually before I even had the roofs shingled! I could go on but I’ll wrap it up on this note. At our first closing, with everyone sitting around the table, Donna noticed a mathematical mistake in the paperwork and took the time to reprint everything, with the correction and as I recall, she saved me about $1,500! In closing, if you’ve signed with Donna, it’s the smartest real estate move you could make.

We were 300 miles away in Ct and Donna did zoom meeting walk throughs in many houses before we found the right one. She went above board to make sure we found the right place and kept us from becoming discouraged as houses we liked were sold so quickly. It was a difficult market to be buying in when houses were going for above asking, so many people paying cash and houses being purchased sight unseen. Donna worked diligently for over a year and we now have our dream house in Maine. We found a house that is larger, newer and with more land then we even thought we could find and we could not be happier with our move to Maine. All this was possible because of all the hard work and time Donna put into our house hunt.

We had the best time working with Donna, she was very kind and easy to talk to through the whole process. she listened to our concerns and helped us answer any questions we had while looking for and purchasing our home. whenever we saw a home we were interested in Donna was very quick to get info on it for us and set up a tour. this process would’ve been way more difficult without her and we are very grateful for all her hard work!

Donna was so great in helping us buy our first home! She took us on as clients when our other agent backed out, she drove all over the place showing us various different houses and land options, and she always had positivity when we were feeling down about our options. She was easy to talk to and felt more like a friend helping us out than an agent. She was equally as excited as us when we finally found the one, and stayed in contact with us all the way up to the closing and helped in so many ways! Donna will go above and beyond to get you the house you've dreamed of, and she truly treats it like she's looking for a house for a friend or family member, even offering to look at the more 'scary' parts of the home to make sure you know what you're getting yourself into. We absolutely recommend her!

This was the second time that I had Donna as my Realtor and I would absolutely work with her again! The first time was two years ago, when we were making a huge cross country move and she helped us find a home in 3 very short days. The most recent was finding a raw piece of land which took quite awhile to find. She was extremely patient with me since I was looking for a very particular lot. More than once she had to re-assure me that I would find that perfect lot and just had to give it some more time and it would present itself. She was absolutely right! She is an amazing person and she truly cares about you getting the right house or piece of land. I would definitely work with her again in the future.
