Nina is an outstanding real estate agent with a great deal of expertise and knowledge of the industry. She assisted my husband and I with the purchase of our home and we are beyond grateful to her for guiding us. Nina did an amazing job at listening to our needs, wants, worries, and fears and provided us with the exact feedback we needed every time. Her no nonsense style was something we really appreciated throughout the process as she always had our best interest in mind and effectively communicated with us. When you work with an agent of such high integrity as Nina, it made everything so much less stressful - she was responsive, extremely professional, and had a strong attention to detail that ensured nothing was overlooked. We had such a positive experience with Nina that I can't imagine ever working with anyone else in the future. 10/10!

Nina was exceptional in every way. After a negative experience with my former realtor, my close friend recommended Nina. From our first conversation, it was obvious that Nina was compassionate, hard-working, incredibly knowledgeable about the tough seller's market in Rochester, and most importantly respectful towards me as a client. As a first time home buyer, Nina was very patient with me. Despite bad weather, balancing a new born baby at home, and struggling through being sick, Nina always made our appointments on time, and left me confident in making my first purchase. Upon walking into my home after I closed with the attorney's office, I found a gift and card welcoming me from Nina. I can say without hesitation that Nina is an outstanding realtor and person, and I continue to recommend her to all of my family members and friends. Thanks!

Nina was very accommodating to meet with us during our limited availability schedule while we were in town from NJ visiting with family.
Amazingly, we quickly found our perfect house and Nina contacted all the appropriate parties to make it come together. Her professional style and guidance gave us confidence that she would handle all the necessary steps for buying and closing on the house while we returned to NJ. Also, we were supplied with contacts for contractors, etc. in the area.
Any concern or issue was calmly resolved. As older out of state buyers, it was very comforting to know that Nina was representing us in all negotiations.
We are very thankful to Nina for our pleasant experience and will recommend her to anyone looking for real estate in the area.

Nina worked hard to find the perfect home for my parents. I came in from out of state to help with the search so we had tight deadlines. My dad was in poor health and Nina showed a lot of compassion making sure the home layouts and entryways would suit his needs. Nina was also very tuned into my mom’s preferred attributes for a home as well as my thoughts on which community environments would be best for them. Nina never stopped asking questions to find just the right place. She was honest, genuine, and very knowledgeable. I feel lucky to have worked with her and would recommend her without question.

Nina was great to work with. She listened to all of our wants and needs and showed us properties with what we would be interested in. I must say, that after working with several brokers, we found Nina to be the most conscientious, attentive and enjoyable agent we have ever worked with. She found our house in two weeks and we closed in about 45 days. It was all good, pleasant and quick for all of us. Would not hesitate to recommend her.

I'm grateful I was referred to Nina! Calling her was the best decision I made. We talked about what I'm looking for in my first home. She took her time with me. I felt comfortable telling her my needs, wants, and preferences with my home. She listened and didn't judge. We initially scheduled a time to look at some homes, but due to her schedule, Nina asked if I don't mind working with both her and another agent who had more availability. I agreed to this. I ended up getting an accepted offer with the other agent; this agent was patient with me just as Nina was. I'm glad Nina acknowledged the constraints of her schedule, and got me in touch with someone who would make me feel comfortable. I can't tell you how many times I've scheduled appointments with agents (in other professions) that would know their schedule is tight and instead of getting me someone else who could see me, they'd would neglect and ghost me. I respect Nina for getting me in contact with this other agent. Let me tell you, my experience was wonderful. I'm truly grateful I chose them for my first home buying experience!

As first time home buyers we were unsure of what to expect buying our home but Nina was there through the whole journey with us. She answered our many questions, even early in the morning or late at night. If she wasn't able to make a last minute viewing of a house she would send her coworker in her place to make sure we could see a house as soon as possible. Even after closing Nina was there to help us get the sold sign taken down after it was left up for a month from the sellers realtor. Thank you Nina for all your help through this process!

If I could Nina a higher I most definitely would. My family fell on some hard times and I refused to put us back into another renting nightmare so buying was our only option as unprepared as we were. Nina helped us getting the lending we needed after being turned down multiple times and house hunting we went. Time and this market were not on our side but, God and Nina were. 9 months later having been turned down yet again for a house that fit us it came back to us. Nina need gave up hope and put herself out there everytime for. And then stayed at my side while i maneuvered through the bank, lawyers, and Lots of papers right to the end on Signing day which I made her a part of because without her I can't say for sure I'd be sitting on my back deck writing her this Glowing Recommendation she so Justly deserves!!!

I am so glad that I chose Nina when I recently sold my home in Churchville! Nina is an extremely knowledgeable and kind real estate professional who made the process as low-stress as it possibly could be. I am so happy that she took care of the initial evaluation of my home, arranged for amazing listing photos, hosted a busy open house, and facilitated a successful closing. I hope to be staying put for a while now, but if my partner and I ever move again, we will be calling Nina!
