Nina was the absolute best! I could not imagine a better realtor to work with for buying a home. My wife and I are Rochester natives living in Virginia and trying to move back to Rochester, so we had to do a lot of our house hunting long-distance. Nina was our local eyes and ears and went above and beyond the call by visiting homes and sending us back videos that gave us a much clearer sense of the house "in person" as opposed to online. She stuck with us through changes in our life situation that interrupted our house search at one point and the worked tirelessly to help us get back on track to find an affordable home in the very competitive North Winton Village area. In the end, we got the house we were hoping for and we owe it all to Nina!

Nina helped us purchase a recreational property (a cabin in the woods). Throughout the entire process, Nina was professional in her dealings with everyone she interacted with. Shannon helped me find a replacement home as part of a “like-kind” exchange in 2022. Time was very tight and I did not think we could make the deadline.
