Having recently moved to the Tampa Bay area Cherie showed me the market to get a feel for my tastes and immediately found the luxury condominium I desired. Dedicated, Proactive, Competent, are only a few words that describe Cherie, but two words sum up my experience working with her – The Best.

I had a limited budget in a tight housing market – not the best combination, and while at times it made me want to give up, it didn’t deter Cherie at all. She reassured me we were a team and that together we would find the perfect home, and we did. I am appreciative at how proactive Cherie was in researching a home and its neighborhood, helping me make the best decision. During the contract phase Cherie stayed on top of everything and kept me well informed of each step.

I am adding an update to my last review as we worked with Cherie to buy a home just recently after working with her a few years back. Yes we are repeat customers! Cherie did such a great job helping us find the right home, and really helped us close the deal on a home we are excited about. She has great resources and has worked with many lenders in the area and put us in touch with a group that made the process very smooth. She also helped us navigate some twists with the property and got us the right resources to help out our minds ant ease. Outstanding first time home buying experience!
Cherie was instrumental in helping me buy my first house. From the moment she became my realtor she got things moving. Within a couple days she organized a tour of homes to look at and set me up with a website to show more available homes according to my specifications. She also connected me to a mortgage company so I could get my pre-approval in time to make an offer on a house immediately. Then she walked me through every step involved in the home buying process. As I had never owned a home before, Cherie served as a liaison to connect me with people to do inspections, repairs, and insurance. She also worked closely with the listing agent to get the best deal for me. She explained the paperwork I had to fill out and sign and constantly encouraged me along the way. Cherie is so organized and professional but also personable and great at communicating to keep the process moving with all parties involved. She took every setback in stride and celebrated every little miracle with me that led up to the final closing of my house on time!
