If you are looking to buy a house and you aren’t sure who to trust. Andy and Dixie is who you can trust!! They went above and beyond to get us into a home we can call our own. Andy is a veteran if you are looking to support veteran businesses as I like to do. From just looking at houses to sealing the deal, they are with you every step of the way. My wife and I knew nothing about buying a house and Dixie and Andy helped us understand the entire process all the way through and even after closing they have still been checking on us making sure that everything is up to standard.

I cannot say enough good things about Andrew and his team. We used him back in 2021 when we bought our first house and the experience was so amazing & seamless, I reached out to him again when we decided to sell our house. Andrew has gone above and beyond both times. It’s so so obvious that he cares about his clients. We are out of state so Andrew and Bryan made sure our house was taken care of during the whole process. They listened to our concerns, answered every question, every text, and every call I had- no matter what. I will use Team Sanburg again and again again!!! Andy Sanburg did an exceptionally good job acting as my real estate broker. He went above and beyond a normal level of service so many times during the sale of my home, from calculating 4 different scenarios to respond to a buyer’s low ball offer; negotiating with the buyer’s broker, recommending excellent outside contractors for my new roof, radon inspection, and even doing some minor fixes himself for my home right before closing. I could not recommend him more highly.

I'm glad I found Andy when it was time to list my home. I interviewed a lot of agents but honestly none made me feel like I wasn't just another sale to them.
