If you are looking to buy a house and you aren’t sure who to trust. Andy and Dixie is who you can trust!! They went above and beyond to get us into a home we can call our own. Andy is a veteran if you are looking to support veteran businesses as I like to do. From just looking at houses to sealing the deal, they are with you every step of the way. My wife and I knew nothing about buying a house and Dixie and Andy helped us understand the entire process all the way through and even after closing they have still been checking on us making sure that everything is up to standard.

Andy Sanburg did an exceptionally good job acting as my real estate broker. He went above and beyond a normal level of service so many times during the sale of my home, from calculating 4 different scenarios to respond to a buyer’s low ball offer; negotiating with the buyer’s broker, recommending excellent outside contractors for my new roof, radon inspection, and even doing some minor fixes himself for my home right before closing. I could not recommend him more highly.

Listening: to my reason for selling my house and went through a process of attracting a buyers who were able to meet those requirements and provide a changing from a cash offer to a loan purchase that fit the best.
Responsive: even though one was in hospital for a short time they covered nicely for each other such that I never felt like I couldn’t ask for anything I needed.
