To say I was impressed is an understatement. Carrie has been a blessing for my husband and I. She worked so hard on our house evem thouigh we were not in the same state. She prepared the house to be shown. She was able to help us get repairs done. She kept us up to date with what was done and what needed to be done. She tried to help make sure we were getting things for a reasonable amount even in our absent. She sold it and kepted us informed throughout every part of the process. We have tried to have our house sold over the years and when you are military and not in the same location this process chould have been extremely stressful. Carrie was a great help to my wife and I in selling our former home and rental property. From the day we met in Feb 22 to look at the condition of the home she was of great assistance. She managed the contractors who cleaned and fixed up the existing issues with the home saving my wife and I time and aggravation. We were able to work with her from the east coast in our new location through electronic tools and meetings.
