She truly listened to us and remembered what was important to us. She was patient and never once was pushy or even late. She knew the area well and was very concerned that we were in a home and neighborhood we would love to death. I never felt like I was being sold a home, it always felt like hanging with one of the girls. She really went the extra mile for us when we needed it the most. Just the other day I came across a list I sent her about what I wanted out of my dream home, I laughed tears of joy when I realized that I was standing in that dream home. I will forever be grateful that we worked together.

From listing our home with Brenda through closing on the sale of our home, everything was handled with detail and care. Our home had a full price offer in just a few days. We relocated before our escrow closed. This realty company handled everything from move recommendations to selling some items to the new owners to handling all maintenance issues, and acted on our behalf during closing. My only complaints are that she lacks in communication and would forget details that we already shared with her. She is a busy lady and we know we aren’t her only clients, but do wish the communication was better through the process.
To any clients, I recommend giving your expectations at the beginning, especially if you are unaware of the process and need extra clarification. Ask questions throughout and keep asking questions if they are not being answered.

Knowing little about the process Nikki took charge with such grace. From handling calls with inspectors/lender/contractors, going above and beyond making sure everything was completed and that we closed on time. Sue has the patience of a saint. Our sale was particularly stressful due to family circumstances and seller title issues. Sue never gave up fighting for us and because of that, my elderly mother and brother were able to own their home and now are living the life they dreamed of.
