Rachelle helped my wife and I buy our forever home, even when we thought we wouldn’t be able to. After our first loan fell through two days before closing, she worked with us to find a better loan offer. The only reason I gave her five stars is because there isn’t an option to give her a sixth!

There were four of us siblings, in two states, selling our deceased mom’s house. It was an as is sale, which we thought would be easier, not realizing the paperwork was times 4! I realized we had not finished probate so the listing was delayed for almost a year but Nikki stayed engaged and hung in with us. As soon as probate was finished, Nikki had the listing publicized and we had showings and even several offers, within a few days. Nikki, persevering, is also very knowledgeable, and answered all of our questions as we went along through the process. There were some technical difficulties with the online paperwork but Nikki resolved them quickly. The sale and closing went well. All 4 of us are extremely satisfied in our interactions with Nikki and highly recommend her to sell your home!

Brenda was amazing. When we wanted to list our home, Brenda came to the property, did a walkthrough and noted everything we updated since we bought the home. She hired a photographer to take professional photos of our home and created a detailed online listing for relator/zillow etc. Once we were under contract, Brenda handled the buyers questions that included multiple trips to the house for verification photos. She went above and beyond our expectations.

She truly listened to us and remembered what was important to us. She was patient and never once was pushy or even late. She knew the area well and was very concerned that we were in a home and neighborhood we would love to death. I never felt like I was being sold a home, it always felt like hanging with one of the girls. She really went the extra mile for us when we needed it the most. Just the other day I came across a list I sent her about what I wanted out of my dream home, I laughed tears of joy when I realized that I was standing in that dream home. We relocated before our escrow closed. This realty company handled everything from move recommendations to selling some items to the new owners to handling all maintenance issues, and acted on our behalf during closing. Brenda was great from the start. Very personable and cared about finding us the right home. She worked very hard with all parties to ensure we were being taken care of.
My only complaints are that she lacks in communication and would forget details that we already shared with her. She is a busy lady and we know we aren’t her only clients, but do wish the communication was better through the process.
To any clients, I recommend giving your expectations at the beginning, especially if you are unaware of the process and need extra clarification. Ask questions throughout and keep asking questions if they are not being answered.
