Sue was very helpful during the purchase process of my most recent investment property purchase. She was very flexible and worked diligently to get the transaction closed.

Sue has the patience of a saint. Our sale was particularly stressful due to family circumstances and seller title issues. Sue never gave up fighting for us and because of that, my elderly mother and brother were able to own their home and now are living the life they dreamed of. Sue was always available to talk (even after hours) and very responsive to all the surprises that came our way. I wouldn’t hesitate to use her again.
