There were four of us siblings, in two states, selling our deceased mom’s house. It was an as is sale, which we thought would be easier, not realizing the paperwork was times 4! I realized we had not finished probate so the listing was delayed for almost a year but Nikki stayed engaged and hung in with us. As soon as probate was finished, Nikki had the listing publicized and we had showings and even several offers, within a few days. Nikki, persevering, is also very knowledgeable, and answered all of our questions as we went along through the process. There were some technical difficulties with the online paperwork but Nikki resolved them quickly. The sale and closing went well. All 4 of us are extremely satisfied in our interactions with Nikki and highly recommend her to sell your home!

She truly listened to us and remembered what was important to us. She was patient and never once was pushy or even late. She knew the area well and was very concerned that we were in a home and neighborhood we would love to death. I never felt like I was being sold a home, it always felt like hanging with one of the girls. She really went the extra mile for us when we needed it the most.
