Carrie is an amazing realtor. Being a first time homebuyer, I had no idea where to start. She helped me find the perfect home and communicated with every step of the process. Would 100% recommend Carrie. If I was to buy another home I would definitely would work with Carrie again.

Selling our house

To say I was impressed is an understatement. Carrie has been a blessing for my husband and I. She worked so hard on our house evem thouigh we were not in the same state. She prepared the house to be shown. She was able to help us get repairs done. She kept us up to date with what was done and what needed to be done. She tried to help make sure we were getting things for a reasonable amount even in our absent. She sold it and kepted us informed throughout every part of the process. We have tried to have our house sold over the years and when you are military and not in the same location this process chould have been extremely stressful. Carrie worked so hard and made the process so easy. I am so thankful and blessed that she was able to help us sell this house. You can't go wrong with Carrie. She is AMAZING!!

My spouse and I recently acquired a house. We are pleased with the service received from Carrie Austin Realty for our house purchase. Searching for our needs as against our budget, getting potential properties and negotiating was fantastically easy because Carrie was always available and communicated how each part of the whole process would move forward. Another thing we like on her drive is she understood the housing market in the county , which allowed us to get an amazing deal that exceeded our expectations. I will say Carrie is a professional realtor as she answered all our questions with in-depth explanations, ensuring we understood each stages and reasons it was necessary.

She coordinated and managed everything from gathering estimates to new carpet installation all while patiently answering my hundreds of questions. She put us at ease when we second guessed ourselves and stood behind any decision we made. Carrie did all this for us while we were living on the other side of an ocean stationed overseas. Carrie was a great help to my wife and I in selling our former home and rental property. From the day we met in Feb 22 to look at the condition of the home she was of great assistance. She managed the contractors who cleaned and fixed up the existing issues with the home saving my wife and I time and aggravation. We were able to work with her from the east coast in our new location through electronic tools and meetings. She got us a better price on the house that we thought we could get and helped us get through some last minute issues with the buyer. I would highly recommend her as the agent for selling your home in the Lawton area.
