Theresa Sox went out of her way to insure our closing and follow_up for disbursements, went right.....there where issues after closing when our disbursements did not go out in a timely manner, she followed what was going on and informed us....I feel strongly she was instrumental in getting the disbursements out in the nick of time so we would not be burdened by delinquent payoffs. We can highly recommend Theresa to professionally handle your finance and/or refinance needs..
