CA came to our home prior to the listing and made a few recommendations on how we could make our home a little more exciting. We talked about what we wanted out of the house and she showed us the comps in the area and we arrived at A price that we agreed would draw attention to the home and make a quick sale. CA listed the house on a Thursday and by Sunday after a little negotiation with the buyer, we had a contract. 4 Days was all it took, thanks to CA. I cannot say enough good things about this woman. Really knows a bit is when it comes to real estate.

CA was the best real estate agent I have ever had. She was prompt and courteous. She went out of her way to make sure we found the house that best suited our needs. She was awesome! I will recomend her to all of my friends and neighbors.

CA West was outstanding from the onset. We were physically separated from the state and home that we wanted to purchase. CA took the time to go to each and every property that we were interested in and take thorough videos of the houses and land for us. She considered all of our wants and needs when visiting homes. This was a great help as we had no way to see the homes for ourselves, being 1300 miles away. I don't know of many real estate agents that would've gone through that trouble for us, but she did. And she never made us feel like we were overwhelming her with all the requests. She was always pleasant to speak with. And when we finally narrowed it down, CA went to all of the inspections for us and kept on top of all of the things that needed to be addressed.
CA was absolutely amazing as a agent for us. Couldn't have asked for better. We would wholeheartedly seek her out again should the need arise. And we most certainly recommend her to anyone who is in the market for a home and needs a real estate agent that makes you feel like you're her only client and will find you the home that you've always wanted. I wouldn't reach out to anyone else!
