Was really helpful and understanding, as it being our first time purchasing. Gave us all the information we needed, plus some. Very pleasant the entire time, we saw multiple houses and she never pushed us into one, actually told us that some houses might not be suitable. Which was greatly appreciated. Even was nice enough to buy drinks and a welcome mat when we finally did make our purchase. I couldn't recommend enough. An easy 5 star realtor.

I don't even know where to begin. Courtney is the absolute best. I have a hectic schedule with being an over the road truck driver, she worked flawlessly around my schedule ( even with young children in sports) to find a home i could be proud of. We unfortunately had to deal with a lazy and slow to respond realtor (also the seller), but she was relentless. Searching for and buying a home is a difficult and stressful process to begin with for anyone, but doing so with limited time even in the same state is worse. Her pleasant personality and sense of humor, even with all the hiccups, made this process less stressful, even somewhat enjoyable. I've always looked at realtors/ sales as failed politicians, promising you the world until and not keeping one. Courtney is a huge credit to her profession.
