We met Taylor thru a mutual friend. We used him to buy our house. He always got us showings and was prompt. When we found the house we wanted l, he struck and got us the house.
We now just sold that house and used Taylor. We had 10 offers the first weekend all were at and over asking price. Taylor guided us thru the whole offer process with his advice and never pressured us. At the end we got in escrow in the first week, closed early and got $26,000 over asking.
Taylor is always training, hustling and working hard to make himself better for you. He knows strategies and the market. He gives honest advice and works hard to get what you want. Even after the sales he always checks in with you. I highly recommend him to everyone for any real estate needs!!

My fiancé and I started our home search almost a year before we were able to find something we loved. It’s so competitive out there and we had no idea what we were getting ourselves into. A friend of ours recommend Taylor and at a time we were not committed to anyone. Realtors were so aggressive and opinionated it was overwhelming and off putting. When we met Taylor he was different, he was patient and understanding. At the time we were not in a rush to buy and he never pressured us to move on a purchase especially when we were having doubts. He worked with us at our pace and was encouraging every step of the way. It was so difficult, but Taylor was there when we needed him. Taylor Kellstrom, Lexi and his team were so accommodating and quick to schedule appointments around our busy life, they really made this process easier. Their attention, input and advice helped us understand what we needed and wanted. Whenever we had a question they were alway available to answer it. We are so grateful for everything they did to help us. Overall Taylor was kind, hardworking, and a wonderful listener. The best part is we are officially home owners now!

From his knowledge of finding outstanding deals and also knowing exactly what his client was looking for. We just couldn't ask for a better , more knowledgeable person in the real estate business. What would normally seem like a daunting, stressful task, all went as smooth as butter. From reviewing the listings that Taylor sent our way, to showing us potentials and then helping us close the deal with ease. My husband and I are very Happy with Taylor and the selling of our Home. He took the time to tell us what he was going to do and how he planned on doing that. Every step of the way he explained what would be happening and if we had any questions just reach out to him and he was always there. He treated us like family. H was knowledgeable about our neighborhood and how the homes were selling and the time span. He helped us to choose a good selling price and of course closed in record time. Not long ago, Taylor Kellstrom helped me purchase my first home. The purpose of this review is to express my sincere gratitude for his true professionalism, his genuine care for his clients, and his diligent work ethic.
The effort began when I casually reached out to him 10 months prior, expressing my interest in buying a home in the vaguely near future. Taylor immediately made himself available as a resource, offering his time and expertise despite the early and uncertain stage of my house hunting endeavor. He kindly met with me to discuss the process and to learn more about me and what I was looking for in a property. As time went on, he kept an eye out on my behalf, occasionally emailing me a prospective listing that checked the boxes.
When we eventually found the right place, Taylor made placing the offer and the eventual purchase process a breeze for me. There were some unique challenges, as well as some serious competing buyers, but with Taylor's fierce diligence and strong negotiation skills, we were able to make it happen.
I honestly believe that if I had someone other than Taylor on my side, it would not have been possible. In addition to walking away from this experience with a set of new keys to my first home, I can say I have also gained a new friend. If you need a quick turnaround in selling your home, then call Taylor now! He found a buyer in less than 2 two days after I signed the contract with him. I just closed escrow yesterday!! Also, he found a buyer for my neighbor's home in less than a week.
There are many Real Estate Agent to select from. However if you need someone that will find the best solution unique to your situation and needs, then it's Taylor. I felt like I was his only customer because he really took the time to communicate and listen. He was always on point and gave an honest feedback.
