We were first-time house buyers. Brandi is an amazing realtor. In fact, she was exceptional - very fast to show houses (on the same day), very professional and communicated clearly about all the little steps. She definitely acted in our best interest (negotiations were done efficiently and fairly) and gave me such good advice about the entire process. Also, Brandi has a lot of connections so she knows about all sorts of properties. We went into the buying process with some trepidation but Brandi put me at ease and she did 99% of the heavy lifting! Also, she got us a good mortgage rate.
