We are so incredibly grateful to have found Dawn, who ended up finding us an amazing home as first time home owners. It was our first time going through the process of buying, and we truly felt like she was in our corner as an advocate making the whole process run smoothly. She was excellent at finding us homes that met not only our budget, our personal tastes as well. She is very knowledgeable about the area, and in the rare case that she didn’t have an immediate answer about sometime, she was very prompt about getting back to us with an answer. Dawn is the best real estate agent in West Palm Beach. As a first time home buyer that needed to find a house and close on it in a short period of time, Dawn made the process so easy. I always thought the process of buying a home was complicated but Dawn made it honestly seem easy. She fought for my wife and I, saved us a LOT of money, kept on top of every step to ensure deadlines were always met, and went out of her way to be there for every single meeting.
