Tracy was very attentive to the point of my not liking to use my signature online and went the extra mile...she Printed out the ENTIRE CONTRACT, just for me.
That is someone who chooses to please the client, and not the other way around.
Tracy is very concerned with my happiness and satisfaction.
The fact that she was intuitive and respectful are just the topping on this realtors' stack of attributes.

We were first time homebuyers, Tracy was our first agent we have ever worked with. She was super helpful in informing us on what we should be looking for throughout the entire process from picking a house, working with the loan officer and negotiating with the seller. Tracy went out of her way to make my home purchase as easy as can be. I bought a house site unseen due to my moving unexpectedly2,500 miles away. Her recommendations of inspectors, fuel company and homes, allowed me to purchase a awesome house for my needs. She is honest, quick and very knowledgeable.

Tracy did a fantastic job landing me my ideal house that I had been manifesting! This house had all of the amenities I was seeking and more and was within my price range! She was very patient and was an excellent communicator through the process! She doesn’t lie or allow you to feel mislead through the process, she is very honest and straight forward which I genuinely enjoyed! Where do we even begin.. The day l called Tracy to ask questions about selling our home her professional knowledge and fantastic personality had us in sheer excitement to take this journey.
