Janelle worked tirelessly to make my sale of my lakefront property go smoothly. Throughout the process she had to work BOTH sides for buyer and seller because the buyers agent let the ball slip on dozens of occasions. If it were not for her dedication and attention to detail, i would have never had the successful transaction. She worked to get inspections completed on her own time when all of the buyers people including the buyer decided to go on vacation. It is not an expectation that the sellers agent complete all the tasks necessary, but that’s what happened. I have never regretted hiring Janelle to represent my home and you won’t either! Janelle went above and beyond for us! With us being out of town she went through the houses we were interested in first and sent us videos. When we found our current home she did the additional research to make sure all the inspections were done and all issues were fixed. So that when we took possession we weren’t left with a bunch of problems to fix.

We first met Janelle when we requested to view a home she was listing. As things often go, I loved the home—but my husband didn’t. So we signed papers and Janelle began representing us in our search for other homes in the area and price range we were targeting. Despite a limited inventory, she worked tirelessly to find properties that matched our criteria and made herself available to show them, even with her demanding schedule.

Ultimately, we decided to purchase the original home we had seen. From our first meeting on 9/3/25 to our closing on 10/6/25, Janelle was incredibly responsive and proactive. She ensured that every concern we raised was communicated to the seller, and she coordinated contractors and workers to complete the agreed-upon tasks. The entire process was fast, smooth, and problem-free.
