From the first meeting with Cynthia to find a realtor she was a consummate professional. She sold my home of 40 years and she helped me find and close on a new home. Her knowledge of real estate in this area is extensive. At our first meeting she explained everything about selling my home and the services that she would provide. She helped to set a fair price and went above and beyond to help to get the property sold. She was always accessible for any questions or concerns I might have and she fought for me to get the best price for my home. When I purchased a new home she did much research to make sure that I was getting a good value for my money and that the property was free of any unexpected problems. She was tireless in helping me look at homes in my price point and location even though the inventory was extremely limited. She treated me like a family member looking out for my best interests. Her service was above and beyond anything I could hope for from a realtor. I can’t express enough in words all of the good things about her. The service was superb from beginning to end!

I met Cynthia about 9 years ago when I was taking a RE training course she used to teach. She was always so knowledgeable, friendly and willing to give her time to help anyone out. We connected and built a nice friendship. I later decided to not pursue a RE career but we stayed in touch. When my family decided to move, I reached out to her for help because I felt she was the best person to help us find our forever home. Not only did she help me buy my personal home but we have worked on multiple business deals as well. Most recently, we worked together on purchasing 4 rental properties via the time sensitive 1031 Exchange process. It was very short notice but within a week she scheduled 8 showings for us and we were in contract on 4 of them. That is not an easy task in the current RE market. Had it not been for her expertise and her relationships there is no way we would have met our deadlines and closed on the properties. She is not a Realtor who is only looking to make a sale.
