As buyers from out of town, his knowledge of the local market combined with excellent and timely communication (via phone, email and text) providing updates as new homes hit the market (or before) and answering our myriad questions was invaluable. After some discussion and touring a few homes Jeff quickly assimilated what we were looking for (likely better than my wife and I were able to do on our own as we both had somewhat different likes and "must haves") and found us a wonderful home that checked all the boxes. I'm happy to give you feedback regarding my experience with Jeff. He was very prompt from the time I made first contact with him regarding the property in Sturgeon Bay all the way through the closing. Very pleasant to work with and helpful throughout the process. One thing that is very important to me in dealing like this is for quick responses via phone, text or email and Jeff exceeded my expectations.
