Louis Williams was very attentive throughout the entire home buying/selling process and made it a point to start his day and end his day with an update on new house listings, changes in the market, adjustments in our approach, or just a general check in on how the family was holding up throughout the whole ordeal. Louis also thought up of ingenious strategies on how to overcome certain hurdles and executed flawlessly! I cannot recommend Louis Williams enough as an agent because he worked extremely hard for me and my family!

Louis worked with us for months, moving from Alaska we couldn't see the houses in person. So he would give us Video Calls to show us the properties. This was a lot more helpful than the pictures on the listings we came to find. He also worked with us thru all the steps in the process, helping us negotiate a fair price. After the sale he dropped off the keys personally along with a thoughtful gift basket from his wife. All in all a great experience. Louis is highly recommended! Thnx

Working with Louis Williams was such a blessing for our family. He had amazing recommendations for a agent to sell our current home in WA. He was so incredibly patient between our families needs/wants in a house to the challenging market we where working in to setting up showings at odd hours or doing two showings for us so both my husband and I could see the homes due to our work schedule.
