After examining the realtor reviews for the area my house was located in, Courtney Lampert with (NEXT HOME 365 REALTY) stood out as the best option for a realtor to sell my home. She was professional, cordial and extremely helpful from the beginning to the final sale of my home (which took a little over a month). Their photographer took excellent pictures and portrayed the best presentation of my home as well.

Brandy was actually my daughters realtor, became acquainted with her when we were looking at many multi-family properties and was impressed with her dedication. We had a rental property that I had just renovated and at the last minute decided to not put it back out to rent and decided to sell it. We had a cash buyer within a couple of days and closed escrow in two weeks, Brandy made the process simple-I like simple!

Courtney Lampert was incredible to work with from the very beginning. We called her up to see a house she had listed. She met us outside the home with a packet of information that had anything you would need to know about the property. She asked if we had an agent we were working with yet and we signed up with her as we had some other places we were interested in. She and her partner, Carrie Sutton, helped us for the next couple of weeks until we found the perfect place. Courtney made the buying process very easy for us doing everything she could to anticipate our needs and providing the information we would need. Nick was awesome, I would not have wanted to go through this process with anyone else. I was a first time home buyer and he guided me through the whole process, even from afar. Courtney sold our Mother’s condo in a slowing market in about a month. The staging was very professional and really cool with AI and drone footage. She also made the selling process very easy, which was both appreciated and a necessity due to my living out of state. In fact the entire process was completed via email, docusign, and one meeting with a notary who came to my office. Tara McDaniel is absolutely awesome. She is totally professional and well experienced in the real estate. She worked with us to buy property a year ago and did such a great job that we wanted her to help sell our property. Tara quickly determined what we wanted and immediately went to work getting it up for sale. We had four people scheduled to look at it the first day it was on the market and then we had two offers.
