This is out second time having Courtney help us go through selling a house and buy a house. We were very happy with how the first selling and buying process went, we had to go through Courtney again for our second home! She was able to recommend us a good VA home loan lender, home inspectors, and basically anyone that was needed. She is absolutely a realtor 24/7, she was always available when we had questions, no matter the day and time. Always had an answer for us quickly and handled the entire process of the buying process and selling process at the same time.
I recommend Courtney to anyone in the market of buying or selling a house. And if we need to go through the process for a third house, we will absolutely be calling Courtney!

After examining the realtor reviews for the area my house was located in, Courtney Lampert with (NEXT HOME 365 REALTY) stood out as the best option for a realtor to sell my home. She was professional, cordial and extremely helpful from the beginning to the final sale of my home (which took a little over a month). Their photographer took excellent pictures and portrayed the best presentation of my home as well.

Brandy was actually my daughters realtor, became acquainted with her when we were looking at many multi-family properties and was impressed with her dedication. We had a rental property that I had just renovated and at the last minute decided to not put it back out to rent and decided to sell it. We had a cash buyer within a couple of days and closed escrow in two weeks, Brandy made the process simple-I like simple!

Courtney Lampert was incredible to work with from the very beginning. We called her up to see a house she had listed. She met us outside the home with a packet of information that had anything you would need to know about the property. She asked if we had an agent we were working with yet and we signed up with her as we had some other places we were interested in. She and her partner, Carrie Sutton, helped us for the next couple of weeks until we found the perfect place. Courtney made the buying process very easy for us doing everything she could to anticipate our needs and providing the information we would need. Nick was awesome, I would not have wanted to go through this process with anyone else. I was a first time home buyer and he guided me through the whole process, even from afar.
