Nick is very knowledgeable. More importantly he went out of his way for us on multiple occasions to make sure we had what we needed to make the purchase of our home go smoothly. No matter how small the issue he took the time to explain contracts that we had questions on, negotiated better on our behalf than we ever could have done on our own, and reached out to brokers, surveyors and title companies with every question we had. We’ve never had a deal go so quickly and smoothly despite the obstacles.
