Erik went above and beyond for our family. I appreciated the time he took into researching and investigating all of our questions and concerns. Erik is fantastic. He took the time to answer our questions promptly and if he didn’t have an answer he knew where to get it for you.

We did some research, but obviously buying an home is an involved process. Erik walked us through everything early on. He informed us of fees we would inevitably end up paying, and gave us an idea of what they would cost so there wouldn’t be any surprises.

Erik is super empathetic and patient too. Buying a house is a learning experience, and as such it can be stressful, he handled everything gracefully.

I can’t recommend Erik enough, if you’re looking for a realtor you would be doing yourself a disservice by not reaching out to him
