I was left with the task of selling my parents home which was also my childhood haven. It was very emotional and detail oriented.
I called Jeni 1 week after my mom's passing and she was there the next day to sit down and spoon feed me on how I could do the estate sale, probate and everything in-between. She was so sincere and helped in ways I feel I would not have received from others.

Jeni did a phenomenal job as our realtor! We were out of state and had some time constraints and she was able to work within our constraints to get us a befitting property. Her knowledge, experience and consideration of her client’s personal needs are great! She was on time for all appointments, sent us reminders for important dates and was an excellent liaison between us, the seller and the lender. There are not enough stars in the rating for how well Jeni Schoenherr took care of our needs. We travel and live abroad, and while house hunting, we were over 4,000 miles away. Looking for a house and being that far away is daunting enough, but luckily for us, one of my family members put us into contact with Jeni, and everything just seemed to slip into place. Even with the odds against us (time differences, differing work hours, and not being present to lay eyes on houses in the area, Jeni worked hard to find us the one house that fit all our needs and budget! Now we are headed back to Wisconsin for retirement...and a peaceful and hopefully relaxing way of life....all because Jeni worked tirelessly to get us through to the closing and ensured all our questions and needs were met. If you need it anyone to get it done, Jeni is the one!

We had interviewed 4 realtors when we decided to list our home. Jeni was our choice. She proved we made the right choice for us. Very professional, everything she told us she would do, she did. The photographer she used took such beautiful pictures of our home and the description she wrote for our listing was very thoughtful and made our house sound so good that if we didn’t already own it, we would of bought it.
