Arlene was such a pleasure to work with. She really took her time and explained everything thoroughly. We were having trouble finding a house with our pre-approved loan and Arlene went back to our loan officer and got them to give us more money so we could find the home of our dreams. She also negotiated with the seller to increase money at closing. She was patient and a very good listener. It was such a good experience working with her being as though this was our first time buying a house.

Arlene was absolutely amazing. She really listened to everything I wanted and delivered. She took her time in explaining everything to my husband and I. When the lender didn't give us enough money to find a wonderful house she negotiated to get us more money. She also negotiated on our behalf to get the seller to put up money towards the closing costs. At our closing she even surprised us with a gift for us and our dog. She was a delight to work with being first time buyers. She never left one rick unturned
