Chathan was wonderful with us, start to finish. She was enthusiastic and each time we went to look at houses she compiled a whole schedule for us to see as many properties as possible. During closing, she was such an amazing advocate for us and helped tremendously, each step of the way. Super thankful for all of her hard work. I had the best experience buying a house with Amber Gross. While the process seemed very long daunting, she took time to walk me through all the steps, gave me time to consider my options, and came through when I needed them. She helped me get the best deal and the house just the way we wanted. We began the process in October and by Thanksgiving, I closed on my first home. The home buying process can be stressful, feel rushed and impersonal, so I was nervous going into it. Amber was absolutely amazing, if I could give her 10 stars I would. She had lots of patience with my husband and I as we had two different ideas of what we were looking for. She listened to us both and tried her best to find us properties that would make us both happy. She was knowledgeable, accommodating, supportive, willing to go the extra mile and made the process more comfortable. Her level of professionalism is unmatched and her knowledge of the market as well as continuing to fine-tune her craft to know the areas within the Baltimore Metropolitan area was a plus. As a 1st time home buyer, I had put this big investment off for years always finding a reason to not be ready to make such a huge financial obligation; so when I decided to make this move I interviewed several realtors some were referred and some long time friends/family members. But this was serious friend or family I wanted someone who was patient and met me where I was mentally and financially in this process. As you know it can be nerve wrecking even with clients with the best credit but Amber as my realtor and the lender was with me every step of the way never got an attitude stayed consistent. Always willing to assure me that they had it under control and that honestly this was all part of the process that they are used too.
Amber even went the extra mile letting me look at homes after homes with no complaints until I felt it met the renovations I desired and a home that was within my budget. Most important as a client sometimes we get so engrossed in the renovations of the home; we forget about the area and neighborhood for future market. Amber brought that expertise to the game too, she want her clients to feel like that made a not only good decision but a decision that feel comfortable about. Tabitha Richardson is hands down, the BEST realtor that I have ever worked with! She's very professional and extremely knowledgeable in all things regarding real estate. Calls/emails/text messages were always answered promptly. She helped me and my husband find a new home, and she helped us sell a rental property. For the rental property, she recommended a contractor to update the property and offered ideas of what upgrades to do to make the property beautiful - I had several offers within 1 week of being on the market and poof, it was SOLD!!
