Chathan was wonderful with us, start to finish. She was enthusiastic and each time we went to look at houses she compiled a whole schedule for us to see as many properties as possible. During closing, she was such an amazing advocate for us and helped tremendously, each step of the way. Super thankful for all of her hard work. Unbelievably fast sell and a wonderful price. That's how this story should end but truly it was the beginning. I met with the real estate agent and she immediately put the house up for sale and within 3 days I had an offer. Simply the best. Professional communication skills were on par. I would recommend 10 out of 10.
