Karalyn helped me purchase my home in 2017, and sell my home when I decided to move out of town, in 2024. Both experiences were the best I have had with any previous agents. Karalyn knows the market, prices fairly and accurately, explains every step of the process, and makes the moving in, as well as the moving out, as smooth as possible. What sets Karalyn apart from the rest is her willingness to deliver the unexpected. She was willing to help with any of the large, or small, questions I had moving into the community. She made trips to the blind store to retrieve parts. When moving out, she took it upon herself to not only babysit and nurture one of my plants, but she made sure it was delivered to me personally, at my new home. The updates were frequent, concise, and informative. Her sage advice was appreciated when offers came in. She is outstanding at her job!
