Kalyssa was the perfect realtor for us, first-time home buyers! Even before we started seeing houses with her, she sat us down and walked us through what the closing process was like, what goes into a mortgage payment, what we should look for/avoid in a home, and many other home-buying details. It was so helpful for us and really broke the ice! There were several times that Jake and I left house showings with Kalyssa saying, "Wow, we are so lucky to have someone like Kalyssa walking us through this." She was so great about letting us form our own opinions on houses and then advising us on perks and issues within homes. She was so great about setting up house showings with us (sometimes several in one day!) and meeting us at homes on short notice. Kalyssa powered through probably 10 or so house showings with us. She was committed to helping us find our perfect home! If we were doing the process all over again, we would call Kalyssa in a heartbeat. We've already recommended her to some of our friends, and we wouldn't do that without knowing for sure that Kalyssa would take great care of them.

Upon first meeting Tamera, her authenticity and passion for what she does was immediately evident. From start to finish she provided my wife and I with concierge level service. She was proactive in anticipating our needs before they arose, incredibly flexible with her schedule and any request we had, and she is an absolute joy to be around in general. So many laughs! She is extremely knowledgeable and ridiculously connected in our community. Then, when we walked into the Title office for closing it was a literal party as everyone there was so happy to see her and by extension my wife and I. (This is the third house we've purchased together and the only time we had a photoshoot/mini dance party/laugh till you cry joke session) Highly recommend, easily the most fun I've had buying a house!

Tamera was amazing to work with. She listened to what we wanted and didn’t waste our time looking at houses that didn’t suit us. Most of all she made the process so much fun! The minute we sent her a house, she was getting an appointment for us right away. She made closing on the house such a breeze and we had a mini party while signing papers. I wish I could buy more houses just to hang out with Tamera more!

We purchased our home remotely and on a quick turn around.
