Kalyssa helped us with buying & selling and was wonderful to work with throughout the entire process. We ran into some difficulties last fall due to the state of the market. Kalyssa had great recommendations, helped us remain optimistic, and prepared the house to list again in the spring (it then went under contract on the day it was listed). She also helped us find a new house during this time as well. She was always available to see houses and worked around our schedule with ease. We also had (what seemed like) hundreds of questions a week, to which she always had very kind and thoughtful answers.

I cannot say enough about Karalyn Hoefer and the help she provided me in finding my new home in Lincoln. With my new job, I needed to move and find a home very quickly. When I contacted her about my situation, she rearranged her weekend to line up about a dozen homes to look at on a Sunday...2 days after I contacted her. After looking at the second home, she nailed what I was looking for and shortened the list. By the end of that first day, I had made an offer on what is now my new home! While the process was ongoing, she went out of her way to help me with everything, including asdisting me with getting my bridge loan in order. She went above and beyond to help me, including getting me thru a bit of a melt down when i hit the point of being overwhelmed! I highly recommend her, and I give her Five Stars plus! Excellent realtor, and an even more wonderful person!
